Yes, we offer a return and exchange policy for our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Email us on helpdesk@amgldn.co.uk referencing your order number and the product(s) you would like to return, we will then send you an email the detailed process of returning your product(s)

Returned items must be unused without any evidence of wear, stains or odors. 

In original packaging and with original tags still in place.

Returned goods can be exchanged for a different item or store credit (this does not include original delivery costs) 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their orders. We advise that the parcel be sent using tracked and insured service as About My Grind is not liable if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive the returned products(s) the process may take up to 7 days. Please allow up to 10 days during sales periods and banks holidays.

Sale products and gift cards are non-refundable. Please take this into account when placing an order.
